Whether flat, house, business or estate: every clearance follows the same principle. You decide what stays. We clear everything else and dispose of it properly – afterwards the rooms are swept clean.
What’s included
- Free survey and written quote
- Proper disposal in line with Swiss regulations
- Broom-clean handover
- We take care that floors, walls and stairwell are not damaged
- Final cleaning and painting on request
How a clearance works
- You tell us the property, address, floor and by when it has to be cleared.
- Free survey on site or by video call; you show us what stays.
- Written quote: working time as spent and disposal by volume – or a fixed price on request.
- We clear, keep electrical devices and hazardous waste separate and dispose of everything properly.
- Handover swept clean; final cleaning and painting on request.
What affects the price
The price has two parts: the team’s working time, charged for the time actually worked, and disposal by volume.
- One vehicle with two people costs CHF 225 to 260 per hour, depending on the job. A flat fee of CHF 190 per vehicle and job is added for the vehicle, fuel and the journey there and back (within the region; longer distances as quoted).
- For disposal we reckon with CHF 40 to 50 per cubic metre, depending on the material.
- We charge a minimum of 3 hours.
These rates include VAT. On request we quote a fixed price after the free survey that includes everything, VAT too.
These points determine working time and volume (typical prices: clearance costs):
- Volume
- Share of electrical items and hazardous waste
- Access and carrying distances
Our tip
Before the clearance, put anything you want to keep in a separate, marked room.

From our experience
Before every clearance we clarify with you what stays and what is disposed of. Once that is decided, the clearance itself is usually quick.
In a hurry? How quickly we can come and what we need from you is explained here: Emergency clearance.

Frequently asked questions
Do you speak English?
Yes. You can call, message us on WhatsApp or email in English. The person who does the survey and the team leader on moving day speak English, and on request your written quote and invoice are in English too.
What is the difference between junk removal and clearance?
Junk removal empties individual rooms such as a cellar or attic. A clearance empties the whole flat, house or business.
Do I have to be present during the clearance?
No, if it is clear beforehand what stays. You can hand us the key.
How quickly is a clearance possible?
Often within a few days, depending on volume and date.
