What makes moving day longer
- Boxes not packed – packing costs crew time; that is what the packing service is for.
- No parking in front of the building: every metre of carrying counts – apply for the parking permit in time (moving day planner).
- No lift or narrow stairs (furniture lift).
- Furniture that must be dismantled and reassembled.
- Cellar, attic, garage only cleared on moving day.
When to plan two days
For large houses, long distances or when packing, moving and cleaning come together. We usually plan final cleaning and handover the following day – with a handover guarantee if the handover takes place within three days of the cleaning.
