When a parent dies and you live in another country, the flat in Switzerland still has to be cleared and handed back – often within a few weeks. We do the work on site; you can talk to us in English by phone, WhatsApp or email.
How it works
- Write or call us with the address, the size of the flat and the handover date from the landlord or property management.
- Free survey – on site or by video call. If you cannot be there, tell us who can give us access to the flat; we agree the details with you.
- Written quote: hourly rate plus disposal by volume, or a fixed price – you choose. On request in English.
- Clearance: we set aside documents, photos, keys and valuables we find and hand them over to you or to the person you name.
- Everything else is disposed of properly, including paint, chemicals and electronics. The flat is left swept clean; where possible we finish in one day.
- If needed: end-of-tenancy cleaning with handover guarantee and painting before the handover.
Good to know before you start
- Clarify first who may decide about the household (heirs, executor, certificate of inheritance). Our guide: Clearing a flat after a death.
- Take personal items and anything of value out first – or tell us exactly what you want to keep.
- Ask the property management for the handover date early; cleaning and painting need a few days.
