Yes. Survey and quote cost nothing and commit you to nothing. It only becomes binding once you confirm the quote.

No. Every service is listed in the quote. If the job changes – for example because extra furniture is added – we discuss it with you first.

Declutter before the survey, pack yourself, choose a mid-month date and use a part load for long distances. All tips at Budget move.

Four to six weeks ahead is ideal. Around the customary moving dates at the end of March, June and September, enquire earlier.

Often yes, even within a few days. Call us – we will tell you right away which dates are free.

Not always. For many flats a short video call is enough. For houses, offices and special items we prefer to visit.

We can. The permit is issued by the municipality or city police; the fee is in the quote. More in Parking permit for the moving van.

It is useful at the start and the end so you can answer questions and check everything. With full service you can go to work in between.

Yes. We take apart beds, wardrobes, tables and modular furniture and reassemble them securely – including anti-tip wall fixing. See Furniture assembly.

Yes. Saturday moves are possible and common for offices. On Sundays, trucks over 3.5 tonnes are generally not allowed to drive in Switzerland.

Yes, your belongings are insured in transit. The scope of cover is stated in your quote.

Ideally record it right away in the presence of the crew, take photos and report it to us in writing. We settle it with you and the insurer.

We protect floors, door frames and stairwells before carrying starts. How building damage is covered is stated in the quote.

If the property manager objects to the cleaning at handover, we redo it free of charge until the flat is accepted.
