A good move starts weeks before moving day. We draw up a timeline with you, tell you what to do when, and coordinate the move, cleaning, clearance and property management.
In short
Good planning makes for a calm moving day. We create the schedule with you, coordinate move, cleaning, clearance and storage and keep deadlines, parking and lift in mind. For your own plan there is “My moving plan” with reminders.

My moving plan
A few details – and you get every task with its date: notice, parking permit and registration with your municipalities’ deadlines, changes of address, packing, cleaning and handover. Tick off, print, add to your calendar – and get email reminders if you like.
Get email reminders
Once a week you receive the tasks for the next 7 days, plus a short email the day before the move. After the move the reminders stop by themselves and we delete your details. You can unsubscribe at any time with one click.
Deadlines according to the websites of municipalities, police, authorities and providers (as of October 2026); the office concerned is decisive. The plan calculates in your browser; ticks stay on this device.

What affects the price
We quote the binding price after the free survey – on site, by video call or from photos. These factors play a role:
- Scope of coordination
- Number of parties involved
- Complexity of the project

Move planning: what matters
- Start with the notice period – it determines the latest moving date.
- Reserve popular dates (month-end, official moving dates) early.
- Set the handover of the old flat only after the move and the cleaning.
- Include registration with the municipality, post and insurances in the plan.
Our tip
Our moving checklist in the guide is a good starting point. Printable moving checklist
From our experience
A timeline working backwards from the handover date helps most: when must the flat be empty, cleaned, inspected? Everything else follows.
Frequently asked questions
Does planning cost anything?
Advice and quote are free. For large projects with many parties, the coordination effort is listed in the quote.
Do I get the plan in writing?
Yes, as a timeline with all dates and responsibilities.
Do you coordinate tradespeople too?
Yes, such as painters or electricians, if you wish.
Do I need a survey for the planning?
For a binding quote yes – on site or by video call. For the schedule a conversation is often enough.
