What a clearance in Bergdietikon costs
The price has two parts: the team’s working time, charged for the time actually worked, and disposal by volume.
- One vehicle with two people costs CHF 225 to 260 per hour, depending on the job. A flat fee of CHF 190 per vehicle and job is added for the vehicle, fuel and the journey there and back (within the region; longer distances as quoted).
- For disposal we reckon with CHF 40 to 50 per cubic metre, depending on the material.
- We charge a minimum of 3 hours.

Disposing of things yourself in Bergdietikon: what the municipality offers
- The collection point at the Werkhof (municipal depot) behind the Gemeindehaus takes glass, aluminium, tin cans, used oil, batteries and aluminium coffee capsules: Mon–Fri 8:00–12:00 and 14:00–19:00, Sat 8:00–12:00 and 14:00–17:00. Another point is on Industriestrasse.
- The Kindhausen collection point has been temporarily closed since the end of September 2025; the Werkhof and Industriestrasse points replace it.
- Bulky waste goes with the household waste every Friday, max. 2 × 1 × 1 m and 50 kg. Each 6 kg needs one CHF 2.00 sticker, sold at Volg Bergdietikon and in shops in Dietikon.
- Electrical appliances go back to the shop. In 2026 the municipality collects scrap iron twice at the Werkhof (7 May and 5 November); on 7 May there was also a mobile collection there for paint, solvents and medicines.
- The Abfallkalender 2026 names the Limeco waste-to-energy plant in Dietikon as a drop-off point; it charges a minimum of CHF 30.00 per delivery.
